Louise Balksäter Tax Consultant

INTRODUCTION

Louise Balksäter is a Tax Consultant specializing in Non-Resident Taxes for foreigners in Spain. She began working in administration at a Tax Advisor's office in the south of Gran Canaria in 1991.

In 1994 Louise studied at the Centro de Estudios Empresariales Insforcan Business School in Las Palmas and earned her diploma as a Tax Manager ( Gestor Tributario ) and Tax Advisor ( Asesora Fiscal ), the following year she earned her associate's diploma in Tax Law and Tax Consultancy ( Master in Tax Law and Tax Advice ) from the Escuela Internacional de Negocios Cerem International Business School of Madrid.

Since 2000, Louise has been working independently, offering personalized service to her foreign Non-Resident clients, advising them on their tax affairs with regards to purchasing, selling, inheriting and donating property in Spain. Since 1991, her experience in these fields has grown and she is fully up-to-date in the Laws that govern the tax procedures applicable to them.

Due to her long-time professional activity in the South of the island, Louise Balksäter has developed a solid network of contacts with Notaries Public, Solicitors, Banks, Administrative Affairs Agents ( Gestores ), Insurance Brokers, Architects, Builders, Estate Agents, Translators , Interpreters and other professionals.  

Louise Balksäter speaks fluent English, Spanish, Swedish and German. She specializes in verbal and written translation of legal documents.
